Cleaning Packages
At Pinefresh Cleaning we offer cleaning packages for everybody. We can provide you with a one-off spring-clean at the weekend, a three or four day deep-clean, a 1 month contract or even a 12 month contract. If not sure what you need, just give us a call on 0845 095 69 42.
Pinefresh cleaning do not charge VAT.
All our daily service packages will pay special attention to the following key areas:
General Office
All desks, tables and working surfaces to be wiped with disinfectant solution and polished where applicable. Keyboards to be lifted and dusted beneath. All accesible office furniture, including cabinets, sills, shelves, ledges, fixtures and fittings to be dusted to a height of approximately 1.80 metres.
All wastepaper bins to be emptied. Rubbbish to be taken to a designated area. All accesible carpet areas to be thoroughly vacuum cleaned. All vinyl floors to be swept and spot washed. Finger marks to be removed from glass partitions, entrance doors, windows, etc. up to a height of approximately 1.80 metres. Crockery to be collected from all desks and taken to the kitchen (if applicable).
Toilet, Washroom. Shower Area Cleaning
Hand basins, shower and shower tray to be cleaned with disinfectant solution. Remove limescale and splashbacks from taps. Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitised. All other horizontal surfaces to be cleaned and left in a hygienic condition. Soap, toilet tissue and paper towels dispensers to be replenished as required. Wastepaper bins to be emptied. Mirrors to be cleaned. Floors to be swept and mopped.
Kitchen
Sink and Surfaces to be disinfected. Front of Units and all appliances to be wiped. Splash marks to be removed from taps and tiles. Cups, glasses and crockery to be collected from the desks, hand washed or loaded into dishwasher, dried and items put away in appropiate cupboards. Interior and exterior of microwave to be cleaned. Bins to be emptied. Floor to be mopped.
Weekly Service
Fridges to be emptied and cleaned internally with disinfectant solution and out of date food to be thrown away. All skirting boards, picture frames, radiators, electrical sockets and fire extinguishers to be dusted. Light switches to be wiped.
Needless to say, if you would like our cleaners to do something else not present in our specification, do not hesitate to ask, as we will be more than happy to help.
